Great overall experience. Had suite with a beautiful view, desk to work plus the toilet had to be fixed. Helpful and amazing staff, free wake up service and ironing available.

I truly loved my suite and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. I really enjoyed the happy hour (snacks and drinks) from 5 to 7 pm and the friendly staff.

The location of the hotel is great, with restaurants, shops, and stores nearby. the common areas at Embassy Suites Indianapolis North are well-maintained and inviting. There is a White Castle nearby if you need a quick dinner option.

The televisions are old. There was a smell in the room. Possibly from being a former smoking room.

Everything was great, we all enjoyed ourselves very much.

The setting is awesome, near Panda Express. The hotel is located 2 miles away from Joy Baptist Church. The building is amazing, and the room is clean and absolutely perfect.

Restaurant kitchen was better than I had expected.

Hotel is starting to show iyts age.

I always like the Embassy suites because there is so much room and the breakfast buffet.

The hotel is under renovations and I feel like cause we booked with another company and not directly with the hotel we got an old room that was sub par for an embassy suites. The breakfast was okay this time.

The breakfast here was amazing, with plenty of delicious choices, and there are several restaurants nearby the hotel.

Very soft fluffy towels! Delicious omelets made-to-order. Happy hour with snacks and drinks was a nice bonus!

Pool was cold. No visitor book or information folder in room. I had to go to front desk to ask for a list of tv channels, get a menu. Not even sure if restaurant was open or if they had room service, it was not clear. Not enough elevators working.

My family really liked the little extras.....the free snacks and drinks down in the atrium, the selections at the free breakfast, etc. The suites are fantastic for families with kids. We also liked the location for getting to attractions around Indy (the Children's Museum, the zoo), and for the proximity to places for dinner (a wide variety of places).

There were also some little things that we didn't like....no free Wi-Fi; no information binder in the room about hotel amenities, local eateries or attractions, etc.

The breakfast here was amazing with a wide variety to choose from, and the heated pool was a nice touch; the location was convenient, near chain restaurants and a business hub.

All was excellent..... Only advise Inspect your room thoroughly when u get there and report any thing that may have occurred before u got there.... To avoid being charged for them.... (My charges were removed because I reported it) :)
