Embassy Suites By Hilton Indianapolis North

Great overall experience. Had suite with a beautiful view, desk to work plus the toilet had to be fixed. Helpful and amazing staff, free wake up service and ironing available.

I truly loved my suite and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. I really enjoyed the happy hour (snacks and drinks) from 5 to 7 pm and the friendly staff.

The televisions are old. There was a smell in the room. Possibly from being a former smoking room.

We enjoyed everything about the stay at Embassy Suites

Everything was great, we all enjoyed ourselves very much.

I always like the Embassy suites because there is so much room and the breakfast buffet.

The hotel is under renovations and I feel like cause we booked with another company and not directly with the hotel we got an old room that was sub par for an embassy suites. The breakfast was okay this time.

Restaurant kitchen was better than I had expected.

Hotel is starting to show iyts age.

Just a perfect match for a couple of nights in Indianapolis with definitely value for money. The staff was really friendly and always greeted us with a smile in the lobby. Make sure to enjoy the outdoor space when you have some downtime.

Very soft fluffy towels! Delicious omelets made-to-order. Happy hour with snacks and drinks was a nice bonus!

Pool was cold. No visitor book or information folder in room. I had to go to front desk to ask for a list of tv channels, get a menu. Not even sure if restaurant was open or if they had room service, it was not clear. Not enough elevators working.

The rooms updated, the food good and the bed comfortable.... The staff nice

All was excellent..... Only advise Inspect your room thoroughly when u get there and report any thing that may have occurred before u got there.... To avoid being charged for them.... (My charges were removed because I reported it) :)

The hotel offers a spacious suite layout and a friendly staff that makes you feel welcome. However, the bathroom was quite small and not as clean as expected, plus the air conditioning unit did not function properly during our stay. Overall, it's good for a short stay, especially for those who enjoy spacious accommodations.

My family really liked the little extras.....the free snacks and drinks down in the atrium, the selections at the free breakfast, etc. The suites are fantastic for families with kids. We also liked the location for getting to attractions around Indy (the Children's Museum, the zoo), and for the proximity to places for dinner (a wide variety of places).

There were also some little things that we didn't like....no free Wi-Fi; no information binder in the room about hotel amenities, local eateries or attractions, etc.

The suite was spacious, but we lacked sufficient towels for our stay.

Was working on rooms and could hear the hammering in rooms and elevators were slow requested a room on top floor and they put us on the 3rd floor had to ask to move

Breakfast was warm and extensive, I loved almost everything.

The room was good-sized, nice facilities. It included an exceptionally comfortable bed and a functional bathroom. The pool was nice and I had complimentary drinks in the lobby bar. The location offered was good just off shopping and eating places and food/shopping/entertainment options and Close to airport.
